VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO PASS INSPECTION DUE TO PERFORATION ON RIGHT REAR SIDE MEMBER. TWO RECALLS,2011 AND 2013, WERE SUPPOSED TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. OUT OF WARRANTY AT 85,000 MILES. UNSAFE TO DRIVE.
