TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. WHEN THE CONTACT HIT ONE OF THE STEERING COMPONENTS, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO START. THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE BY HITTING THE SAME COMPONENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
