Consumer Description

DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY I SPRAYED MY WINDSHIELD CLEANER AND TURNED THEM OFF BUT THE WIPER STAYED WIPING ON LOW. IT WAS FREEZING AT THE TIME AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT.
