Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE MADE A CONTINUOUS JERKING MOTION. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5. UPDATED 03/28/17 LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. *JS
