TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 GMC ENVOY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE LOW BEAM HEADLAMPS SEIZED. OCCASIONALLY, THE HEADLAMPS WOULD DIM AND THEN BRIGHTEN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V755000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,720.
