Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SERVICE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT AND VARIOUS OTHER WARNING LIGHTS RANDOMLY FLASHED SEVERAL TIMES. THE CONTACT ALSO EXPERIENCED A DRASTIC REDUCTION IN SPEED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN THREE TIMES FOR VARIOUS REPAIRS AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REMEDY FOR THE CONDITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
