Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER SHIFTING INTO DRIVE FROM PARK, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY JERKED AND ACCELERATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
