TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE BATTERY WARNING INDICATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE BATTERY TERMINAL JUMP BOX CAUGHT FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,322.
