Consumer Description
DASH BOARD/INSTRUMENT PANEL CRACKED AND SEPARATED FROM MOUNTING CLIPS DY AIR BAG AND OVER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. EXTREMELY LIKELY FLYING OBJECT INJURY POSSIBLE IN ANY SPEED ACCIDENT. THIS IS THE SECOND DASH IN THIS TRUCK TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. THE FIRST DASH WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.
