TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM THE VEHICLE WHEN THE LIFT GATE WAS OPERATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V415000 (STRUCTURE) BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
