TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET VOLT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE SERVICE HIGH VOLTAGE CHARGING SYSTEM WARNING LIGHT DISPLAYED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BATTERY COOLANT LEVEL WAS LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
