Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEAD VALVE AND CYLINDER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,814.
