THE PURPOSE OF THIS COMPLAINT SERVICE REQUEST IS AFTER A SERIOUS CRIMINAL EVENT. RIDE AID TRANSPORTATION DRIVER WAS CAR JACKED AT GUN POINT DURING THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 06, 2015. THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION IS 210 401 7433. THE CRIMINAL(S) WERE ARMED AND FORCED THE DRIVER TO TAKE OFF HIS CLOTHES AND GET OUT OF THE VAN VEHICLE. SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION IS ARRANGED FROM 877 633 8747. THIS REQUEST FOR SERVICES IS TO HELP SECURE, FOR THE SAFETY OF PATIENTS IN TRANSPORT AND EMPLOYEES OF MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES SERVICES.
