Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY A FOLLOWING MOTORIST THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS HAD FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE HAD OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRING HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, HOWEVER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
