Consumer Description

THIS ACCIDENT HAPPENED IN 2011. VEHICLE ACCELERATED ITSELF WHILE EXITING THE FREEWAY. ENDED UP SIDE SWIPING THE RAMP AND FINALLY GOT IT TO STOP USING EMERGENCY BRAKE. LUCKILY STOPPED BEFORE CRASHING INTO THE WALL. TOYOTA INVESTIGATOR CAME TO TAKE EDR REPORT BUT DIDN'T ADMIT THE PROBLEM OF THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE WAS LEFT ALONE AND NOT FIXED FOR DAYS SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE. I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO PROVIDE ANSWERS BUT I ENDED UP FIXING MY CAR WITH MY INSURANCE. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AFTER GETTING THE DATA OUT OF MY VEHICLE.
