Consumer Description

HAVING TIRE ISSUES WITH MY NEW 2015 GMC 2500 4WD PICK UP THE BRIDGESTONE TIRES THAT ARE INSTALLED AS FACTORY EQUIPMENT SIZE 265X70X17 LOAD RANGE 'E' THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO WONDER AND AT TIMES AND NOT FOLLOWING A CURVE. THE ALIGNMENT WAS OUT AND REALIGNED BY GMC AT 7000 MILES. THE PROBLEM DIDN'T GO AWAY. I CALLED A BRIDGSTONE DEALER AND HE SAID THE TIRE SIZE WAS INCORRECT THEY NEED TO BE 245X75X17 LOAD RANGE 'E' FIRESTONE TIRES.GM IS REFUSSING TO PUT ON THE CORRECT SIZE. I CHECKED WITH MICHELIN AND THEY RECOMMEND 245X75X17 LOAD RANGE 'E' TIRES. THE NEW 2016 GM 2500 VEHICALS HAVE 245X75X17 LOAD RANGE 'E'.
