TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CALIBER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO HAVE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC THAT THE CROSS MEMBERS WERE COMPLETELY RUSTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 175,000.
