TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 BUICK RENDEZVOUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE PASSENGER AND THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELTS WERE LATCHED, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS A FRACTURE IN THE WEBBING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
