Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH IN THE RAIN OR SNOW, THE VEHICLE PULLED TO THE LEFT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED TO THE RIGHT, IT MADE A LOUD "BANG" NOISE. THERE WERE NO WARNINGS IN EITHER EVENT. BOTH FAILURES WERE NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,000.
