LETTER FROM CONGRESSWOMAN SLAUGHTER ON BEHALF OF CONSTITUENT RE DEFECTIVE 2013 DODGE AVENGER. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATE SIX MONTHS AFTER BUYING THE VEHICLE, ALL FOUR OF THE BRAKES SEIZED. THEN, ONE YEAR AND SIX MONTH LATER, THE ENGINE HEAD FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. SEVEN MONTHS LATER, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE ENGINE LEAKED OIL INTO THE TRANSMISSION AND THE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED. *JB
