Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, WHICH INDICATED THAT THE AIR BAG NEEDED SERVICING. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED, THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE AIR BAG COIL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 99,000. UPDATED 02/12/16*LJ THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE. UPDATED 03/09/16.*JB
