TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. AFTER THE IGNITION KEY WAS TURNED TO THE ON POSITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND HAVING THE BATTERY RECHARGED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,500.
