Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT WATER ENTERED THE VEHICLE AND CAUSED THE FLOORBOARD TO BECOME WET. AS A RESULT, THERE WAS A MILDEW ODOR AND WATER STAINS. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 78,000.
