TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 45 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO VEER TO THE LEFT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THERE WAS A LOAD NOISE COMING FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE PART FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V541000 (STEERING). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PART NOT AVAILABLE.
