Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE SPUN 45 DEGREES. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A DITCH AND THE FRONT AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOR THE DAMAGE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,320.
