TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 MERCURY MARINER. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE POWER TRAIN LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 118,000.
