THE TRUCK HAS 98,000 MILES. THE FRAME IS RUSTED THROUGH ON THE RIGHT SIDE BEHIND THE FRONT WHEEL AND IN FRONT OF THE BACK WHEEL. THE TRUCK WILL NOT PASS PA STATE INSPECTION.
