TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CALIBER. WHILE HAVING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE'S CROSS MEMBER HAD RUST HOLES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS, INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS, AND CROSS MEMBER FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 76,092.
