Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE CONTACT NOTICED A FRACTURE ACROSS THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED TO REMAIN BUCKLED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A ROLLER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE DASHBOARD FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000. UPDATED 1/19/16 LN *TR
