Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SHIFT GEARS. IN ADDITION, THE TPM AND A/C FAILED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, AND AN ABNORMAL NOISE COULD BE HEARD FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR HAD ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
