Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V541000 (STEERING). THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER PROVIDED NO ESTIMATED TIME FRAME FOR THE REPAIR AND THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR LONGER THAN A MONTH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
