Consumer Description
VEHICLE IN MOTION ON HIGHWAY WHEN DRIVER SIDE SEAT BACK ROTATED FORWARD WITHOUT WARNING FORCING DRIVER'S UPPER BODY AND HEAD TOWARD STEERING WHEEL RESULTING IN AN EXTREMELY UNSAFE DRIVING CONDITION. VEHICLE TAKEN TO HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER WHICH RECOMMENDED REPLACING SW ASSY-PWR SEAT MOTOR PART # 88193-3L100-K7 (INFORMATION FROM SERVICE ORDER). VEHICLE OWNER REPORTED PROBLEM TO HYUNDAI NATIONAL SERVICE CENTER 1-800-633-5151 WHICH INFORMED THE OWNER THIS VEHICLE DEFECT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY RECALL.
