TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC ACADIA. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. IN ADDITION, THE DRIVER SEAT FAILED TO GO BACKWARDS. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO THE SEAT TRACK AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,215.
