TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA CR-V. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, ONE OF THE TIRE MOUNTING BOLTS FOR THE SPARE TIRE FRACTURED. IN ADDITION, WHILE AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR REPAIRS, ANOTHER TIRE MOUNTING BOLT FOR THE SPARE TIRE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
