Consumer Description

VIBRATIONS AND RUMBLES WHEN IN DRIVE WHILE AT STOPS WITH FOOT ON BRAKES. IT'S GETTING WORSE. INITIAL VISIT AT THE HONDA DEALER, THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE. THE SECOND TIME AT A DEALER THEY SAID AN ENGINE UPDATE WAS NEEDED AND SHOULD STOP IT. WELL IT GOT WORSE, SO I TOOK IT BACK AND THE VIBRATION AND RUMBLE WAS DUPLICATED BUT HONDA DOESN'T HAVE A FIX. ROUGH IDLES AT STOPS AND LOW SPEEDS CAN CAUSE A STRAIN ON THE ENGINE AND EVENTUALLY ENGINE FAILURE. THE VIBRATION IS SO BAD THAT IT SENDS WAVES THRU MY FOOT WHEN IT'S ON THE BRAKES AND THE VIBRATION IS FELT THROUGH OUT MY BODY. THE FRONT AND BACK SEATS VIBRATES UNTIL MY 9 YEAR OLD THINKS THAT WE'RE GETTING A BUTT MASSAGE. THIS IS REALLY SAD AND AN UNFORTUNATE LOSS OF A LOYAL CUSTOMERS TRUST IN HONDA SINCE 1990.
