Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BEARINGS IN THE DIFFERENTIAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND BOTH SIDES OF THE MANIFOLD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,227.
