TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SHIFT INTO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE LOW. THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE AND NOTICED A WARNING INDICATOR STATING TO SERVICE THE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,000.
