TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V415000 (STRUCTURE); HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE LIFT GATE WAS OPENED ELECTRONICALLY, IT WENT UP AND, ONCE IT REACHED THE TOP, SHUTTERED AND CLOSED EXTREMELY FAST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000. UPDATE 01/15/16 MA
