TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2006 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND AND THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. DURING THE CRASH, THE FRONT END SUSTAINED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE; HOWEVER, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED AN INJURED HEAD, NECK, AND BACK; HOWEVER, MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT REQUIRED.
