TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE HARNESS MELTED DUE TO OVERHEATING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V101000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
