Consumer Description

WENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED AND WAS INFORMED MY SUBFRAME WAS VERY RUSTED AND THE VEHICLE IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE CAR IS WASHED EVEN UNDERNEATH FREQUENTLY SO WAS VERY SURPRISING ON A CAR LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD UNTIL I STARTED DOING RESEARCH AND FOUND IT IS COMMON OCCURRENCE ON THESE YEARS OF PACIFICA. IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE IF THE SUBFRAME FAILS ENTIRELY THE ENGINE COULD FALL OUT OF THE VEHICLE.
