TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET CRUZE. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE GLOVE BOX LIGHTING STARTED TO FLICKER AND THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CLAMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN NUMBER: 14311 AND NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 10057574 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,710.
