TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND OFF, THE DASHBOARD ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 15V459000 (STEERING) AND 15V541000 (SUSPENSION). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE PARTS TO DO THE REPAIRS WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIRS. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V461000 (EQUIPMENT), BUT FAILED TO REMEDY THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
