TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL, AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD. AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC STATED THAT THE FRONT END AXLE WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150,000.
