TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE CHALLENGER. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE PRECEDING VEHICLE STOPPED ABRUPTLY, BUT THE FORWARD COLLISION WARNING FEATURE FAILED TO NOTIFY THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40.
