TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 3500. WHILE REVERSING 5 MPH INTO THE DRIVEWAY, THE TIE ROD COMPLETELY FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING THE MANUFACTURER TO ASSIST WITH THE TOWING OF THE VEHICLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,000.
