TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK LUCERNE. WHILE HAVING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE, AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DISCOVERED THAT THE MOTOR MOUNT HAD BECOME INOPERABLE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
