Consumer Description

2007 JEEP COMMANDER. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO FLASHING LIGHTS ON VEHICLE DASH BOARD. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS BUILT, THEY MADE A THREE-WAY CONNECTION IN THE BATTERY CABLES UNDER TWO FUSE BOXES. WHEN THE MECHANIC LIFTED THE FUSE BOX OUT THE WAY, HE FOUND THE CONNECTION WAS NEVER TIGHTENED SO OVER THE YEARS THERE WAS MOVEMENT IN THE CONNECTION CAUSING ALL OF THE PROBLEMS. IT APPARENTLY CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE PCM AND INDIRECTLY TO THE ENGINE. *JB
