Consumer Description

MULTIPLE CLUTCH FAILURES. FIRST ONE STARTED FAILING AROUND 50,000 AND REPLACED AT 70,000. REPLACED SECOND CLUTCH AT 100,000. THIS THIRD CLUTCH IS NOW FAILING AT 130,000. I SEE FROM READING MANY OTHER SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE THAT IT IS A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME CHRONIC SYMPTOMS OF ERRATIC ACCELERATION AND SHUDDERING IN FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD GEAR. I HAVE HAD MANY NEAR ACCIDENTS DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. TO ME THIS IS CLEARLY A DEFECTIVE PART AND NEEDS TO BE RECALLED.
