Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND WHEN MAKING LEFT OR RIGHT TURNS, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE THAT CAME FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND IT FELT UNSTABLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09E039000 (SUSPENSION). THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
